Custom Meal Plans
Nutrition shouldn’t feel confusing. That’s why I build fully customized meal plans tailored to your goals, your lifestyle, and the foods you actually enjoy. You don’t have to worry about tracking, calculating calories, or figuring out what to eat. I handle all of that for you. All you have to do is weigh out your food and follow the plan. It’s simple, sustainable, and designed to help you see results faster without the stress.
Workout Routines
Your training is fully customized and delivered through my fitness app, where every exercise is filmed and demonstrated by me so you never have to guess how to do anything. You’ll know exactly what to train, how to do it, and how many reps to hit. Each workout is a clear, step-by-step follow-along routine designed specifically for your goals. You can track your sets, reps, and progress right inside the app, making your entire fitness journey simple, structured, and easy to follow.
Accountability
With my coaching, you’re never on your own. You’ll have direct one-on-one access to me through the app’s chat, so you can ask questions, get guidance, or stay motivated anytime. On top of that, we’ll have weekly one-on-one check-in calls to review your progress, adjust your plan as needed, and make sure you’re staying on track toward your goals. I’m here to keep you accountable, focused, and consistently moving forward.
MY STORY
I grew up as the skinny, shy kid who never felt confident in himself. I wasn’t popular, I kept to myself, and I didn’t really like the way I looked or who I was becoming.
That all changed around 13 when I started training at home. Calisthenics became my escape, and watching my body change gave me confidence I’d never felt before. People started knowing me as the guy who always worked out — and for the first time, I felt proud of myself.
Once I could drive, I joined a gym and fell in love with weightlifting. The results came fast, but the real transformation was internal. Fitness taught me discipline, built my self-belief, and completely reshaped the way I saw myself.
Now I coach others to achieve that same transformation. Building strength, confidence, and discipline from the inside out, just like I did.

Myself
My goal was always to get bigger but also stay lean and functionally aesthetic. I was able to gain around 60Lb of lean muscle mass over the span of 6 years of training. I gained a lot more athleticism, strength, endurance and confidence as well.
