MY STORY
I didn’t grow up athletic, confident, or “naturally built.” I was the skinny, quit kid who tried to blend in because I hated the way I looked. I didn’t have confidence, and I definitely didn’t feel like someone anyone would take seriously. At 13, I got sick of feeling that way, so I started training at home with nothing but calisthenics and frustration. Slowly, my body changed. And for the first time in my life, so did my identity.
People started recognizing me as the kid who actually showed up, who trained, who didn’t quit. That feeling hooked me. Once I could drive, the gym became my second home.. The physical results came fast, but the real shift? That was mental. Fitness forced discipline into me. It built a backbone. It gave me a version of myself I didn’t even know existed.
And now I coach men who feel the same way I once did. Stuck, unsure where to start, and tired of not liking the guy in the mirror. I help them build strength, confidence, and a mindset they can actually be proud of….the same way I built mine.
